Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Server AI, a privately operated YouTube livestream reminder bot, uses information. Server AI uses YouTube API Services.

What the bot accesses

With the operator's Google authorization, the bot accesses the authorized YouTube channel identity and relevant livestream information (such as broadcast and live-chat identifiers) to locate the designated live chat and post scheduled reminder messages.

The current reminder-only version does not intentionally read, collect, or store viewers' live chat messages or personal information. It does not provide public viewer accounts.

Storage and sharing

Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are kept locally on the operator's computer, outside this public website. They are used to authenticate the bot with the YouTube API, and are not made available to website visitors.

Authorized data is used for the bot's stated livestream-reminder functionality and is sent to Google/YouTube only as required by API requests. We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers. The website does not use analytics trackers or set its own cookies.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and requests, for delivery and security. Google and YouTube may separately process information under their own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy.

How to revoke access or request deletion

The operator can revoke Server AI's access from Google Account third-party connections, and can stop the bot and delete its locally stored OAuth token file. If you have a data question or deletion request, use the contact email below.

Updates

If new bot capabilities change what data is collected or processed, this policy will be updated before those capabilities are introduced.
